$60 for 60 minutes
Josh will give a brief introduction and pass around a focus stone or talisman so you can set your intentions before the guided meditation begins. $20 per person for this 1-hour session. Please, no unaccompanied minors and no children under the age of 12 years old. All in attendance must pay the service fee.
What to bring with you:

A Pillow. To sit on or lay your head.

A Blanket. We keep the space at a comfortable temperature, but you may get cold as your body relaxes.

Water. Hydration is key.

A Yoga Mat. We have a limited quantity available, and they are first come first served.
